Memory foam responds to body heat and pressure, so it contours closely around hips and shoulders. It absorbs movement well, which suits couples with different sleep patterns.
Pocket sprung mattresses
Pocket sprung mattresses use springs in individual fabric pockets, so each one moves on its own. That gives more targeted support than a continuous coil unit.
Hybrid mattresses
